Terms of Service

Muzes AI provides access to AI chat, document workflows, and premium model features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to any billing terms shown during checkout.

Free access includes only models and features marked as available without premium. Premium models require an active Muzes AI Pro or Pro+ subscription. Included monthly usage resets each billing cycle, and overage is charged against separately purchased paid credits.

Muzes AI Pro and Muzes AI Pro+ are digital subscriptions. Premium availability lasts until the end of the active paid period unless a new payment extends it or a permanent lifetime entitlement applies.

Credit packs are one-time digital products. Paid credits are consumed according to actual weighted model usage recorded by the AI provider and stored by Muzes AI for analytics, abuse prevention, and access control.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity occurring under your credentials. Abuse, automated misuse, payment fraud, or attempts to bypass access control may result in suspension or permanent termination.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Model availability, provider latency, pricing, quotas, and external integrations may change. Muzes AI may update plans, credit pack sizes, model multipliers, or eligible premium models with notice in the product or on the website.
