Refund & Billing Policy

Muzes AI subscriptions and paid credits are digital products delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Access is granted automatically to the account that initiated checkout.

Subscription payments extend premium access for the paid period. Credit pack payments add one-time overage balance that is consumed by actual premium usage after included monthly usage is exhausted. Unused paid credits remain attached to the account until exhausted or the product is discontinued.

Because these are instantly delivered digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once the product has been provisioned, consumed, or credited to the account. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or when Muzes AI determines that a payment was duplicated or processed in error.

Chargebacks, unauthorized payment attempts, or abusive refund behavior may lead to immediate suspension of premium access and account restrictions while the case is reviewed.
