Privacy Policy

Muzes AI stores account data, chats, billing records, and usage analytics required to operate the service. This includes your email, authentication details, chat content, payment status metadata, model usage counters, and token balance history.

Payment processing is handled by external providers such as HotPay. Muzes AI does not intentionally store full card data. Billing integrations may send payment identifiers, status callbacks, and payer contact details needed to confirm access.

Usage analytics are collected to show account-level consumption, enforce premium entitlements, and improve reliability. This includes model identifiers, input tokens, output tokens, total tokens, and premium token debits associated with your account.

Data may be processed by third-party AI providers used to answer your requests. By using the product, you acknowledge that prompts and related files can be transmitted to configured AI vendors to fulfill your requests.

You can request deletion of your account data unless retention is required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Private chats are not public by default unless you explicitly change visibility.
